  • Landlord Safety Checks
    • To comply with regulations, boilers in rented accommodation must be safety-checked annually. We will check your boiler, provide a safety certificate and alert you when your next check is due.

    • General maintenance & repairs.
    • Additions to existing systems.
  • Bathroom Installations
    • We offer different levels of service, from Plumbing Only to Full Installation:
      • Plumbing Only - your sanitary-ware and radiator(s) are fitted and plumbed, ready for you to tile and decorate.
      • Plumb & Tile - your sanitary-ware and radiator(s) are fitted and plumbed, and walls tiled ready for you to paint.
      • Full Installation - your bathroom (including any wall furniture) is fitted, tiled and decorated from start to finish.
